Shipping Policy

Have you found a Qute Pets item that you really must have? Nice!
Now select a color and/or size and click 'add to cart'.
Of course you can continue shopping, you can always return to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right.
Please note: if items are in your shopping cart, this does not mean that they have been reserved.
Are you done shopping? Then it is time to complete your order. Click on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right to go to your Qute Pets's items. In the next screen you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button. You will now arrive at the check-out page. Here you can easily enter all your details on one page.
Please note: After you have completed your order, you cannot change it anymore, because your order will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
At Qute Pets you pay up to 75 euros, 6.95 shipping costs. Above €75, Qute Pets will cover the shipping costs.*
* You must pay shipping costs to return your item yourself.
2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, you will receive the link by email once your order has been shipped.
It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Qute Pets strives for fast delivery of the products. If you place an order before 3 p.m. on workdays, we aim to process your order the same day. We ship many of our items directly through our suppliers. As a result, the average delivery time is 1 to 2 working days.
4. I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders) for 7 days. You will also receive a notification from the driver, which also states the collection location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.
5. WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping so that there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If it is the case that your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you have not received your order - please report this, an investigation will be started by PostNL 14 days after the indicated delivery date, we will keep you informed about this informed until the end of the study.
